We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, verify your identity (KYC), place trades, or contact support. This includes: name, email, phone number, government-issued ID, physical address, and payment information. We also automatically collect usage data including IP address, device fingerprint, trading activity, and API access logs.

For institutional clients, we may additionally collect beneficial ownership information, corporate documents, and authorized representative details as required by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) Provide and maintain our trading platform and related services; (b) Verify your identity and comply with KYC/AML requirements; (c) Process trades and manage your account; (d) Detect and prevent fraud, market manipulation, and security breaches; (e) Send you service-related notifications and (with consent) marketing communications; (f) Improve our platform through analytics and research.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows: (a) With regulated exchanges and clearinghouses as required to execute trades; (b) With identity verification and KYC service providers; (c) With law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by applicable law; (d) With your explicit consent or direction; (e) In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, multi-factor authentication, regular third-party security audits, and segregated hot/cold storage for digital assets. Our smart warehouse IoT data is transmitted over encrypted LoRaWAN networks. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Trading records are retained for 7 years to comply with financial regulations. KYC data is retained for 5 years after account closure. You may request deletion of your data, subject to regulatory retention requirements.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SHINAE Coffee Bank platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Services

SHINAE Coffee Bank provides a digital finance and supply chain platform for the aeroponic coffee ecosystem, including: (a) Real-time market data and analytics; (b) Spot and futures trading of coffee commodities; (c) Digital warehouse receipt management and financing; (d) Supply chain tracking and IoT monitoring; (e) API access for programmatic trading and data integration. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must: (a) Be at least 18 years old; (b) Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; (c) Complete our KYC and AML verification process; (d) Provide accurate and up-to-date information. Institutional users must be duly organized and authorized to trade commodities. We may refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

4. Trading and Order Execution

All trades are executed subject to market availability and applicable exchange rules. We act as a platform facilitator and do not guarantee order execution at any specific price. You acknowledge that: (a) Prices are volatile and may change rapidly; (b) Orders may be partially filled or not filled; (c) Slippage may occur between order placement and execution; (d) We may reject or cancel orders at our discretion to maintain market integrity.

5. Fees and Payment

We charge fees for trading, data access, and warehousing services as disclosed on our fee schedule. Fees are deducted automatically from your account balance. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. We may change our fee structure with 30 days' notice. Unpaid fees may result in account suspension.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading coffee commodities involves significant financial risk. Prices may fluctuate due to weather, geopolitical events, currency movements, and other factors beyond our control. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. We are not responsible for losses arising from market movements, system outages, or third-party actions.

Leveraged trading carries additional risk of substantial losses exceeding your account balance. By using margin or financing services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and data, is the property of SHINAE Coffee Bank or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Our API and data feeds are licensed, not sold, and subject to separate API terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHINAE Coffee Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) Your use of the Platform; (b) Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; (c) Any interruption or cessation of service; (d) Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with notice where practicable. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination: (a) Your right to use the Platform ceases immediately; (b) We may cancel open orders; (c) We will liquidate your positions and return remaining funds (subject to KYC verification) within 7 business days; (d) Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be submitted to the Shanghai International Arbitration Center for arbitration in accordance with its rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notice to US Users: If you are a resident of the United States, the dispute resolution provisions above apply except that you have the right to pursue claims in small claims court. Class action waivers may not be enforceable in all jurisdictions.
